Staying Connected This Christmas: PureLink's Holiday Hours & Service Updates

As 2025 draws to a close, we’d like to thank you for being part of the PureLink whānau. It's been our privilege to keep you connected, whether at home or in business, throughout the year.

To help you plan ahead, here’s everything you need to know about our support availability and service updates during the Christmas and New Year season.

Holiday Support Hours

Our dedicated team is taking a well-earned break over the holidays. During this time, our support hours will be reduced:

Closed Dates:

  • Thursday 25 December (Christmas Day)
  • Friday 26 December (Boxing Day)
  • Thursday 1 January (New Year’s Day)
  • Friday 2 January

Limited Support:

  • From Monday 29 December to Wednesday 31 December, we’ll have limited support available via email, phone, or through the customer portal.

Back to Full Service:

  • Normal support hours resume on Monday 5 January.

New Connections and Installs

Planning to move house or get connected this summer? Please book early.

Due to supplier brownouts, new installations (including fibre and rural wireless) will be paused between 19 December and 12 January. To avoid delays, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible to secure your connection before the break.

Manage Your Account Anytime

Even while our offices are closed, you’re still in control.

Log in to the PureLink Customer Portal any time to:

  • View and pay invoices
  • Check data usage
  • Update account details
  • Request support
