2. Let’s Make Sure You’re on the Right Plan:
Not all areas have the same internet options available. We’ll check to see if Fibre is available at your new location and discuss the best plan options based on your needs.

When you move with PureLink, we take care of all the details for a smooth transition. Here’s how it works:

  1. Confirm Your New Address: We’ll confirm where you are moving to so we can check the service availability in that area.
  2. Check Available Services: Our team will look into what internet services are available at your new address. Whether it’s Fibre, Fixed Wireless, or 4G, we’ve got you covered!
  3. Service Transition Planning: Based on the available options, we’ll see if we can transition your existing service to the new location or if you need to switch to a different service. Either way, we’ll ensure you get the best solution for your new place.
  4. Set the Service Transition Date: Once everything is confirmed, we’ll lock in a date to switch over your service to your new location. We aim to ensure you have connectivity as soon as you move in.
  5. WiFi Health Check: After you’re all settled in, we’ll schedule a FREE WiFi Health Check to ensure your new setup is fully optimized for the best performance. This includes checking signal strength and ensuring every corner of your home or business has reliable coverage.

Moving Fee Waived with a New Contract!
