Since 2020, Chetan has led PureLink with a clear vision: to deliver internet that’s reliable, accessible, and backed by real service. With a background in connectivity and a drive for continuous improvement, he guides the team to grow with purpose and integrity.
David oversees the day-to-day coordination of installs, upgrades, and service operations, making sure everything runs smoothly and on time. With a focus on efficiency and customer care, he helps keep both the team and our customers well-supported.

Ross leads our field operations, ensuring every network installation and on-site upgrade is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. With his son David also part of the PureLink team, their shared commitment to service and quality helps deliver the reliable experience PureLink is known for.
Logan has been part of the PureLink team for over four years, working behind the scenes to ensure your connection stays fast, stable, and secure. With deep technical expertise and a passion for problem-solving, he plays a key role in keeping our network running at its best.

Shaun is one of the friendly voices behind our support team, helping customers troubleshoot and resolve connection issues quickly and clearly. With a sharp eye for detail and a calm approach, he works alongside our engineering team to keep things running smoothly. If you’ve phoned us for help, chances are Shaun was the one guiding you through it!

Malone brings a high level of skill and dedication to every job he takes on. As an experienced electrician and field technician, he’s known for his attention to detail, commitment to safety, and getting things done right the first time. Whether he’s installing new systems or troubleshooting in the field, Malone plays an essential role in delivering reliable service to our customers.

When choosing an internet connection, it’s essential to understand the different types available and how they work. Each type offers distinct benefits and may suit different needs based on location, usage, and speed requirements.
We accept Direct Debit and Credit Card payments, which can be set up in the Customer Portal. These payments are processed on the 20th of each month. Payments made via Direct Debit or Credit will incur a 2.5% transaction processing fee.
We bill in arrears, which means your final invoice will be issued the month following your disconnection date.
