Who's eligable for this offer?

Anyone signing up for a new mobile plan on a 12-month contract before the end of July. That includes existing PureLink internet and business customers adding mobile, and new customers signing up for internet and mobile together. Existing PureLink mobile customers aren't eligible.

Why is a 12-month contract required?

The contract is what lets us offer the discount. By committing to 12 months, you lock in your rate and we cover your first full month in return. It's a straight trade - your commitment, our credit.

When does the offer end?

This offer is for new mobile activations only. If you already have a mobile plan with us, get in touch and we'll see what we can do. Your first full calendar month is the one that's free. So if you sign up on 25 July, your free month starts 1 August.

What happens if I cancel during the 12 months?

Early termination fees apply. If you cancel your mobile plan within the contract term, you'd repay the value of the free month. Give us a call before you commit and we'll walk you through it for your specific plan.

Can I use this if I already have a mobile plan with PureLink?

This offer is for new mobile activations only. If you already have a mobile plan with us, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Do my free month come off straight away, or as a credit?

Your free month is applied as a credit on your account, so your first bill will show $0 for your mobile plan(s). Any add-ons (international calling, extra data packs, etc.) aren't included.

PureLink - Free Month Mobile Offer T&Cs

Eligibility
  • New mobile customers and existing PureLink residential or business customers adding a mobile plan.
  • New customers must purchase internet and mobile in the same order.
  • Existing PureLink mobile customers are not eligible.
  • One free month per mobile plan. If you have multiple business mobiles, the free month applies to each new line plan within your account.
  • Cannot be combined with other offers.
Free Month
  • Applies to the first full calendar month of mobile service. If you sign up partway through a month, the free month starts on the 1st of the following month.
  • Covers the base plan fee only. Add-ons, international calling, and data top-ups are excluded.
  • Applied as an account credit on your first eligible bill.

ContractA new 12-month mobile contract is required for new and existing customers.
